The private cloud server computes on an on-premises cloud platform. This enables the use of the cloud in any local area network or maybe to some external users. The private cloud servers are set up to host the data or any application to a small group of networks. As the public cloud server is set up only to its own infrastructure but the private cloud servers are run by any external source or company and used by a group of networks.

Some drawbacks of the Cloud Servers

As the cloud server is a virtual server and formed by a group of servers linked together in a computing platform and there is no control over the private cloud, so if there will be any disruption in the connection which is hosted by any external organization, the whole system will go down. The cloud server reduces the workload by distributing it into several servers but any failure in its system will badly affect the company’s progress. It allows business continuity which is a need of any fast-growing company but it must be handled carefully so that the sensitive data of the company cannot be harmed. The cloud servers can work efficiently in local area networks, for the farthest geographical regions there may be a disruption or network failure. As they are used by multiple servers, so uneven storage or storing data in large amounts may affect the server as all the data is Storing in the same hardware also creates space issues. This is termed as ‘noisy neighbor’ which is not good for any cloud server.
